We want you to be extremely pleased with
every finished printed piece you receive from Technon
and become one of our many satisfied customers. You can
be assured of a top quality and professional product.
Your job will be printed to "pleasing color"
standards (depending on your proper file preparation).
Personal desktop printers and monitors are generally not
calibrated to the true CMYK color space, therefore, we
do not guarantee the printed piece will match the colors
on your screen or your personal printer. If your job has
defects in workmanship or materials within our control
or if we have failed to follow your written instructions,
e-mail us for return instructions. We will begin a reprint
at our expense, from your original file upon receipt of
returned merchandise.

What is not Covered |
| |
This guarantee does not apply to errors
in customer supplied digital files including, but not
limited to, poor or low resolution photos, such as photos
and graphics copied from the internet, low resolution
digital camera photos or bad scans, improper color model
- RGB, Indexed, LAB, etc., improper file format, missing
fonts, defective file format, incorrect copy or corrections
that were not noted on your proof approval form. It is
important that you understand commercial large format
printing, 4 color process, the software you are designing
your piece in and the software's capabilities in regards
to commercial large format printing.

Corrections and Charges |
| |
Corrections are billed at $65 per hour.
Corrections include but are not limited to; photo manipulation,
color-correcting photos, vector graphics (clip art), document
color settings (from RGB to CMYK, Spot to Process, etc.).
You will only be charged $25 to get to the pre-flight
sTechnone (digital file check). If we/you find problems
with your file, you can either send us a corrected file
for an additional $25, have us make corrections at $65
per hour or correct the errors for the fee stated above.
Once you approve your proof, you will be charged for the
balance of the job cost, minus the initial $25 setup.
Please check your proof thoroughly. Technon Media will
not be held liable for failure to meet receipt deadlines
due to improper file composition or last minute changes.

Return Policy |

Our products are guaranteed to be 100%
satisfactory. Please bear in mind, however, that your
order goes directly to our print queue and that we can
not take responsibility for misspelled words and/or improper
grammar. Please return any banner that has been damaged
in shipping or produced incorrectly within three days
of delivery, in its original condition with its original
packaging and accessories, and we will replace it, refund
your purchase price, or credit your credit card. We do
not want you to receive anything from Technon Media that
is not completely satisfactory.

Sales Tax Policy |

The State of Washington requires all retailers
to charge a 8.4% sales tax on goods purchased by its residents.
We are currently not required to collect sales tax on
orders shipped to residents of other states.

Shipping Policy |

Technon Media customers receive FREE UPS
Ground shipping within the continental United States.
Should you need your order sooner, quicker delivery options
are available. If you elect special shipping, the shipping
charge will be based on the size, weight, and shipping
destination of the item. You will be shown the shipping
charges before you submit your final order.
Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address
must be provided for every order.
